Yes. Deposits are required for all appointments. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
All head spa services include a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask, steam, and massage. Renew and Rejuvenate build on Relax with longer session times and additional tools and techniques.
Wear something comfortable. We recommend avoiding high collars so your neck and shoulders can fully relax.
Relax is 45 minutes, Renew is 60 minutes, Rejuvenate is 75 minutes, GLO (Head Spa + Facial Combo) is 90 minutes, GLO Facial is 60 minutes, Loc & Braid Care Ritual is 1 hour 45 minutes, and ASMR Dry Head Spa is 30 minutes.
No, we do a full wash. You do not need to wash your hair.
